By accessing MedHeal Pharmacy (the "Platform"), creating an account or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

MedHeal Pharmacy is an online pharmacy and healthcare product platform open to:

Prescription (Rx) medicines (Schedule H, H1 and X drugs) may only be dispensed to individuals presenting a valid doctor's prescription in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at support@medhealpharmacy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• MedHeal will never ask for your password via phone, email or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation email from MedHeal.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
• Bulk or wholesale orders may be subject to separate pricing terms — contact our B2B team.
• Promotional prices, coupon codes and offers are subject to availability and cannot be applied retrospectively.
• MedHeal reserves the right to modify catalogue prices without prior notice.

We accept the following payment methods through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (Razorpay):

In the event of a payment failure or double-charge, contact us at support@medhealpharmacy.com within 48 hours with transaction details. MedHeal never stores card details on its servers.

You agree NOT to:

• Submit fraudulent or forged prescriptions for Schedule H/H1/X medicines.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access or extract platform content.
• Resell prescription medicines purchased on the platform without a valid pharmacy license.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt the platform's systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or professional qualifications during registration.
• Purchase medicines in quantities suggesting resale without a valid trade license.

All content on the MedHeal Platform — including logos, images, product descriptions, blog articles, UI design and software code — is the property of MedHeal Pharmacy Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

MedHeal's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from product use, delivery delays, system outages or third-party service failures. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In case of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our support team — most issues are resolved amicably without litigation.
