1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MedHeal Pharmacy website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

MedHeal products are intended for licensed dental professionals and clinics. By purchasing, you confirm that you are either a registered dental practitioner or purchasing on behalf of one.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. MedHeal reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email; we reserve the right to cancel any order for stock or pricing errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the courier. Free shipping applies to orders ≥ ₹500.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. For defective products, contact support within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, text and code — is the property of MedHeal Pharmacy Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MedHeal's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
