7-Day Return Window

Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Initiate a return request from your account dashboard or contact support@medhealpharmacy.com.

Defective or Damaged Products

Report defects or damage within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We'll arrange a free pickup and full replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened sterile products, temperature-sensitive items, and perishable dental materials cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
