2. Delivery Timelines

Timelines are counted from the date of dispatch (not order placement). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically dispatched the same day.

3. Prescription (Rx) Medicines

Important — Rx orders cannot be dispatched until a valid prescription is verified.

Upload a valid doctor's prescription during checkout.
Our pharmacist team verifies prescriptions within 2–4 hours on business days.
Dispatch occurs only after prescription approval — delivery timelines begin from this point.
Schedule H, H1 and X drugs are dispensed strictly per CDSCO regulations.

4. Cold-Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain medicines (insulin, vaccines, certain eye drops, biologics) and dental materials (local anaesthetics, certain composites) require temperature-controlled shipping between 2°C–8°C.

Packed in validated cold-chain boxes with gel ice packs for 48-hour temperature maintenance.
Shipped via cold-chain certified courier partners only.
Not available for remote pincodes without cold-chain network coverage.
A cold-chain surcharge of ₹80–₹150 applies regardless of order value.
Delivery confirmation call made before final handover.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link is sent via SMS and email. You can also track from your account dashboard under My Orders.

Our warehouse team picks and packs your items.

Dispatched

AWB / tracking link sent via SMS and email.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or tampered, do not accept it — reject the delivery and contact us within 24 hours.
If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a courier investigation within 48 hours and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Photo / video evidence of damaged packaging helps us resolve claims faster.
