Free Shipping
All orders of ₹500 or above qualify for free shipping. For orders below ₹500, a flat delivery charge of ₹60 applies.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad): Next-day delivery.
- Tier-1 cities: 1–2 business days.
- Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 2–4 business days.
- Remote areas: 4–7 business days.
Cold-Chain Shipping
Temperature-sensitive products (local anesthetics, certain composites) are shipped in cold-chain packaging. A small cold-chain surcharge may apply.
